Signing up for the service was easy and quick online using www.1800gotjunk.com. I received a follow-up phone call and email within 24 hours. The day of the service, I received a phone call 30 minutes prior to pick up, which was in the time frame given to me upon set-up.Branden and John were prompt, courteous, and respectful to me and my house. They were able to make polite conversation, give me a quote, move the stuff and check out within 15 minutes. I was very impressed. Thank you for a great experience.
