John and TJ did a fantastic job removing our old wrought iron king bed. They carefully disassembled the frame and cautiously removed the heavy pieces from our home. We have used 1-800-GOT-JUNK in the past several times and have always been satisfied with their service.

Justin and David did a great job. I called to have a couch removed and I gathered some junk for them to take also because I was getting a new couch delivered. My new furniture arrived ahead of schedule, literally pulling up behind the junk truck. Seeing my delivery, Justin and David both put some hustle in their step to finish the job quick and pulled their truck up and out of the way before invoicing me so the new furniture truck could pull up in front of my house. This could have been chaos but your guys made it a smooth stress free experience!

They were excellent hard workers. Very polite to me and all the other tenants in the building. As they worked they watch out for items that would be important to me. I would gladly recommend them to my family or any other person that needs their services.

Jamar and his partner were great at communicating expected arrival, and checking in while removing things to make sure they were taking and leaving the correct things. Super friendly, too!

They scheduled my visit quickly, called to let me know exactly when they would arrive, arrived on time, and quickly took away my furniture. They answered my questions and were knowledgeable about the company snd what would happen to my stuff.

They did all the work. We didn't have to any thing except for point our finger. Everyone doesn't have people to help them clean and get rid of stuff. It's nice that there is a company that will do both. We plan to use this service again in July or by the end of the summer because we have more junk to get rid of.
