Not only was the representative on the phone super helpful, I was extremely impressed with Navon & David when they arrived.I called GotJunk when Lowes delivery drivers refused to take away my washer & dryer. They said it was physically impossible, and that I should disassemble the appliances myself & call them back when I was done. I was super upset when I called & the gentleman on the phone was very kind & helpful. Navon & David showed up about 45 minutes later. From the start they were already a billion times better! They put their shoe covers on, they addressed me by my name (even sweeter - "miss Kim" :D ) and were very polite when I told them my daughter was napping upstairs - they made sure they weren't too loud. They took the W&D off the pedestals and had both out within 30 minutes. My upstairs is SUPER tight and laid out very weird. Not only did they get them out of my house, they didn't damage a SINGLE thing! These guys rock! The Lowes guys didn't even attempt it, and they had slings to help them. Navon & David carried them out with their own hands. Even though this service was much more expensive than the Lowes takeaway service, we'd pay it over & over again simply for the customer service we received. I can't thank them enough! They were just so nice and they made my whole day better just from the chit-chat we had & positivity put out.P.S. our last name is Paulus, not Paulson :)

Entire job was great. The folks arrived on time kept in touch was very fair in the price to haul the item away and did an excellent job or removing the item with no damage in the house! The men were very polite and nice and represented your company in a very good light! They did a Great Job!!
