They were prompt , courteous and quick. Marshall and Andrew did a great job and I would refer them to all my family and friends. If I have to use 1-800-Got-Junk again I would ask for Marshall & Andrew.

Sanu and Navon arrived on time and quickly and professionally removed all my trash. They were very accommodating and patient as I found a few last things to fill the truck. I was very satisfied as the service was just as promised.

Arrived on time and completed all work in a professional manner

Dependable service, on time, professional workers

Quick and easy. Employees were accommodating and made sure I got a better deal.

I had Tristan and JP and they were very kind. I got 4 calls this morning updating me on when they would come. I purchased a bagster from WM and they wouldn’t pick it up because they said the road was “too small” so my HOA was very upset with me. I looked up on the internet and found 1800GotJunk and seen that I could schedule an appointment for today. I scheduled the appointment at 7:30 am, they showed up at like 9:30-10 am. Amazing. It was a little pricier than I anticipated but I just wanted to get the stuff out of the yard. Tristan and JP were done in 15 minutes and even asked if I wanted the bag back. They gave me some coupons and explained everything very well. I appreciated them keeping me updated throughout the morning. I would consider using the service again. Especially helpful with me being in a bit of a bind. It was really easy to pay on the spot and the whole situation was rather painless unlike with WM where I scheduled an appointment, they came, didn’t leave a voicemail or any indication they came and then charged me $50 for coming out. Would recommend 1800GotJunk if you need a quick and painless turnaround.

Prompt service, friendly and respectful movers.

Matt and Nick were extremely helpful and professional and worked hard to get my trash packed efficiently into the truck. I have used other, similar services in the past and this was a far better experience.

The men who came to my house were prompt, courteous, and worked very hard. I really appreciate their efforts. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and they swept up when they were finished. I will recommend your service to all my friends. Thank you.

Both John and Gage were extremely professional and quick! They came within an hour of me calling and they removed everything we asked them to! Both were very pleasant and did a fantastic job!
