The removal process was easy from start to finish. The gentlemen that removed my piano and dining room buffet hutch were very friendly and professional. They were prompt and were very quick with the removal of the items. Marshal and Sanu did a great job.

Tobias and Michael who came to remove our chaise lounge and old entertainment center were careful, professional and very empathetic. They exceeded our expectations. My only complaint is the request I received for a review via text was addressed to "Mary", my name is MaryAnn. I called 1-800-GOT-JUNK about this and spoke with Matthew who said he would correct this. No correction so far. NO comparison to the good work done by Tobias and Michael today.
