The gentlemen that came to remove the furniture from my mother in laws apartment were very kind and considerate of our loss as she has passed away. They were very respectful, took great care of the furniture we were donating. It made a very sad situation easier as they explained that the items would be given to those in need. The employees Marshall and Javan were so helpful and positive through the whole experience despite freezing temperatures, snow and loading a nearly a full truck of items. We really appreciated their friendliness and professionalism. I hope they are well paid - they work really hard.
