From the initial call they kept us in formed on when they would arrive. When they couldn’t meet the scheduled time slot they followed up and were able to reschedule for the next day at the time that worked best for us. The drivers were very polite and quickly removed our junk in a clean and orderly manner. They were so friendly and professional! You will highly recommend !

Got Junk Team (Tien and Jesse) was on time, called 1/2 hour before to let me know they were on their way. They were courteous and professional. They offered to help me load things that they were not taking into my car. Exemplary service.

Very professional and friendly and did a great job getting the junk out of a crawl space. Shawn and Jerome did excellent work and they think things through to be more efficient rather than haphazardly loading the junk.
