Quick to get to my location and sent out the best employee's to do the Job. I cannot say enough about Tobias and his partner. They were so respectful, hard working, fast and put in the overtime to get the job done. These two employees deserve a raise or a promotion. They did such a great job I cannot say enough about them.

The dispatch/managers kept me informed and confirmed pick-up plans timely. The young men who arrived on time on pick up day were exceptionally courteous and sensitive to the surroundings (assisted living facility). They were efficient. They were polite. They explained policies. I did find the pricing to be more than I expected.I think your team was well trained in customer service. I typically plan to provide a tip for labor services if I find the service to meet or exceed my expectations. So when one of the team mentioned they are permitted to accept tips, that was kind of off-putting to me. In my opinion it would be better for you to mention tipping is acceptable in a Q and A section on your website.Nevertheless they did their job very well and my problem of how to easily get rid of several large items was solved quickly and on short notice and I thank you.
