I have been trying to get rid of my couch for weeks, and no one would take it (for free) on all the classifieds. Donation services were scheduled weeks in advance. I decided to call 1-800-GOT-JUNK and received beyond fantastic customer service with Jeremiah and Steve within an hour of calling. They showed up promptly, explained pricing to me in a clear manner, and quickly removed the couch without any hiccups. Furthermore, they provided phenomenal interactions and small talk, which made this large company feel more personal.
