Rino and Phil called me to let me know they were on their way for my scheduled pick up. They were both very personable, friendly and respectful of me and my house. They looked over everything, gave me a price, I agreed, and they started the removal. They removed all of my items quickly and carefully, not hitting any of the walls chipping the paint or leaving scratches; among the objects removed was a heavy tread mill. I couldn't believe how fast they moved everything. This is "old" school workmanship which does not exist anymore. They did not excellent job, and I wouldn't hesitate to contact `-800-Got Junk again. Would definitely request Rino and Phil again. I was very happy with the job.

Brandon & Desean were courteous, prompt, and efficient. Both were pleasant and I great communicators ( except when they called ahead I thought they said Beyoncé was coming)

Although I provided information regarding what was to be removed and asked the phone rep for pricing, none was provided and minimum charge was provided. Price was quoted locally at a much higher rate that was a non-starter. I discussed a lower rate with personnel who had arrived and they communicated with their supervisor who agreed to the lower rate. It took about 30 seconded to remove the organ through my garage. Through out the personnel on site (Dionte Jones and his nephew) were courteous, friendly, careful, and professional.
