John and Herm were thoughtful and efficient removing our stuff, and a genuine pleasure to work with---very nice guys!. I had booked a visit for Friday and the driver kept me in the loop about how and why their trip to our house was backed up; he also gave me a number to call to reschedule for today (Saturday), and I was very quickly given a time for a rebooked visit, with a courtesy discount. All in all we are very pleased with how friendly, efficient, and forthright everyone with Got Junk has been. Thank you so much!
