The people made the difference. Von and Alan were both extremely polite, personable, and easy to work with. Anyone can come and lift heavy things and get it out of the way, but the way that Von and Alan went about it was fantastic. They expertly fit all of my stuff into their truck which was already partially loaded. I never thought they would fit it in there. They were cheerful and I really enjoyed talking with them as they were working. Great individuals!
