Ricky and Deonte were very pleasant and easy to work with. They were also receptive to any concerns that I had. They had to remove a treadmill from my basement through a somewhat narrow door opening. I provided my suggestion of how I thought the best option might be and Deonte and Ricky listed to what I had to say and after a discussion amongst the 3 of us, they agreed to try my option and which proved to be a successful removal of the treadmill. I will definitely use 1-800 Got Junk again.
