The associates handling my pick up were Jon and Ryan from the Pittsburgh branch. They did such an amazing job making sure that I knew what to expect and reassured me of the process from pick up to payment. Communication was key and I was called prior to pick up to ensure our scheduled time. It was nice to have things handled by them because they were so professional but also extremely kind and personable. They made sure that I didn’t help at all, it was such a relief to me. It was 90° outside and we had been moving boxes for hours; I will never forget that Jon said to not worry about helping because that was his job and I deserve a break. I would not hesitate to use this service again and recommend it to anyone who is in need of junk pick up. The entire process was so smooth it really was a highlight of our day.
