Both presented themselves, were direct with me after spending some time evaluating the job of hauling the piece away. I was shown, immediately, what it would cost to remove the item. My reaction was that the price was a little too high for me on a fixed income. Without any hesitation a call was made and the man who was on the phone did not go to another room so he would be out of earshot. He was direct with his request to reduce the cost as the haul was not a complete piano to be moved. He came back to our conversation with an offer that was fair and stated that it seemed fair to both myself and the company and I agreed. I felt like the men were efficient, knew what they were doing, considered safety, considered the situation maturely and calmly and finished the job. They not only hauled the main piece but offered to take away some other parts of the piano left outside the house. I did not ask them to do so. It is not that often that satisfaction with someone’s work is as complete as I feel this experience proved to be. I want to thank, primarily the men who did the hard work, but secondarily to the company to allow for some flexibility when flexibility truly was appropriate. Thanks again. Prompt response, next day service, stood by their commitment as they stated and did all that they indicated that they would do. I truly appreciate their effort. Definitely recommend the company to any who needs some "Junk" hauled by awesome people and company.
