Friendly staff and reasonable prices

Service was great. The crew were helpful, courteous, and finished up the job well before the estimated time. One minor quibble, the email receipt for the work never arrived, so our paper trail for the transaction is incomplete. One major quibble - the website could be more forthright about items that will not be accepted, and about surcharges for items such as televisions and monitors. I gave the website a pretty thorough look before booking our appointment and found no specific information about either of these subjects. Not really fair of corporate to make the moving crew the bearers of bad news. If not for this complaint, our rating would be 10, not 9.
