Communications at its best, you notified me that you were running a few minutes behind schedule that I didn't even notice but so thoughtful to say something and your worker arrived clean cut, fresh with out a hair out of place, hard to believe he had already been working so very hard before he got to my area. Very nice man to be around. Don't let him slip away, he's one in a million.
