I called Customer Service ahead of time to obtain information on the company and its service. The representative was very friendly, and I ended up scheduling the service the following day. Dakota and James arrived on time for our Saturday junk removal. They were very professional and friendly. They discussed the pricing ahead of time, and we agreed on the estimate. They double-checked with us to make sure we had included everything that needed to be removed. I felt very comfortable dealing with the company because of their excellent customer service, and will definitely use this company for future projects.
