The two gentlemen arranged to arrive early...I liked that because I wouldn't have to wait at home for the appt time.As advertised they just needed to be shown the location of the stuff to be taken and it disappeared into their truck.The cost was a bit surprising....but I really wanted the three recliners gone. My cats miss the chairs, but didn't insist on visitation rights.
