The two reps, Corey and Stephan, were very respectful and professional the entire time. I really appreciated that Corey, who arrived first, agreed to come in through the back door out of respect for my Covid protocols and how professionally he assessed the item and patiently explained the pricing. Corey took extra care not to disturb anything else in my home and had the huge armoire out on the deck quickly before he and Stephan tackled wheeling the armoire up a steep hill, making it look effortless. I was surprised at how prompt and efficient everything was.

What does 1-800-GOT-JUNK do particularly well? The people. The two men who came to help dispose of my stuff were the so kind and wonderful to talk to. They walked me through the process and were incredibly efficient. It made my stress levels go from a 10 to a 3 lol.
