My recommendation score is based on 2 factors: 1) Bob and Richard, the pickup guys were professional, friendly and efficient! 2) The requested pickup happened when scheduled, and this is critical to people moving when date and time of pickup MUST happen when it's supposed to happen. I have a final pickup on August 2nd, the same day we are moving out of our apartment, and this scheduled pickup cannot be delayed or else our entire move cross-country would be jeopardized.
