Simple to sign up on-line, called 15 minutes before, gave a fair estimate, took the stuff, (a really heavy entertainment center), checked us out, credit cards accepted and were friendly and professional all in 30 minutes.

This was my second time using this service. I had just been quoted by "JUNK KING" $178 to move a mattress and box spring (basic service just the two items that were not really junk!). I am very satisfied that 1-800-GOT-JUNK worked with me at better price! This company will be first on my list for moving around residential furniture!!! I am HOPING this company has a great recycling program bc I do not consider my belongings "junk". I use this service bc Salvation Army no longer picks up donations!!!
