2 guys were very nice and quick with removal

They will remove everything you ask which is great. Our only problem was we had to provide everything they needed to do it. Chainsaw, gloves, rope, safety glasses etc and even keep them hydrated. Thanks for getting the treehouse out of here though.

The crew that came today were friendly, fast and efficient in their job! They did a great job! Communication before they came was not great. Team was suppose to come on 7/7 between 1 and 3. Called to tell me they were running late. At 4 I called the 800 number to see what time to expect them and person in customer service said they had just finished up on the job and will be heading over to the house. I left my home and went over and they did not show up until 5:30. The team that showed up told be they would be back the next morning between 9-11. When I called the cell number they had been using to talk to me the next day a lady answered the phone not even identifying as 1-800-Got-Junk? When I asked what time they were coming she said she was the manager and that the crew should not have told me they would be back the next day and I needed to make a new appointment. Bad customer communication and service!
