Scheduling can be done by phone, which is my preferred option. Both times I've scheduled service the people who did the scheduling were very friendly, efficient, clear, and made sure they got all the correct information. I was also able to negotiate a payment amount that worked for me. Both times the guys who picked up my stuff called when I was told they would to let me know when they'd arrive. Both times they came on time, in a labeled and very professional looking truck (unlike another hauler I used in the past who came in a truck that seemed to be falling apart). They were polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and careful in moving my stuff, and paying by credit card was easy.
