Actually got pretty close to everything...I expected a full truck or less...and it was actually a little bit more....but did what I needed

You did everything right! At the first contact, you answered all my questions; you confirmed the date and time of pickup with an email; the day before the pickup you contacted me to confirm or adjust the appointment as needed; on pickup day about an hour before my timeslot I got another call making sure we were still on schedule. The team called from the truck when they were about 1/2 hour away, and arrived exactly on time. They were friendly and quick and finished within a few minutes. It was PERFECT. I definitely recommend 1-800-Got-Junk!

The three men who came to do the job could not have been more courteous, professional, and caring for an old man whose time had come to dispose of 35 years of children's toys, books, school papers, articles of furniture that had overstayed their welcome. Michael, deAndre, and Patrick toiled all day to get the job done, always with a sense of humor and unstinting determination. Ours was a huge job, and the three of them behaved with utmost professionalism and kindness. This is a great company providing great service!
