They had a very prompt and helpful chat service (I messaged on Facebook) that helped me to initiate and confirm an appointment. The guy who came out to perform the quote was exceptional as well, very informative about the servicing, pricing and just overall very friendly. He made sure we stayed within the quote and I'm quite the happy customer.
