They arrived within the time frame given. The individual that came was very professional. He loaded most of the items himself. He had to call a second person due to a portion of the junk being too heavy for one person. After they finished, they proceeded to my second rental and removed that junk as well with no up in pricing. Very efficient. Highly recommend. As a side note, I did have a bid from a competing company. When they arrived at my daughter's house, they would NOT honor their bid. They were told to leave. I contacted got junk. Though late in the day, they still found time to do my job. Their pricing was very near to my original bid from the other company which was not honored. I will always use GOT JUNK in the future. Thank you for your service.
