TRULY a relief. timesaver, life-saverr, stress-reducing, GREAT Professional experience starting with Ramsey in the Call Center, to operations manager Henry to dedicated, committed, efficient, clever, professional on-site Techs Riley and Spencer...exceeded my exoectations. Saved me much time, effort, energy and anxiety. One of the features and benefits of using 1-800-Got-Junk is their intention to recycle and repurpose what they collect by going to the known not-for-profits in the area with donations, and their "partners" for recycling and repurposing. due to illness of my 92 y.o. Mother in PA, I've not been home much, and the due diligence I did resulted in discovery that most of the major not-for-profits that previously accepted furniture and appliances and other items in good condition now don't have the resources to process and not taking large item donations at this time. definitely time-saver, and stress-reducer/ THANK YOU Gentlemen! I've another appointment already set for this next week for the last of my stuff before I move!

I have nothing but good things to say about my entire experience with 1-800-got-JUNK. They were responsive to phone calls and having a person to talk to rather than just an online experience meant everything to me. They were caring, reliable, professional, friendly and prompt. They totally eased the stress of an otherwise stressful exchange of couches in a short time window at a vacation rental at Lake Tahoe. Christain and Daniel, you guys were great!
