Friendly service and hard workers.

I really like that I got a 2-hour window for the team's arrival and that I was kept informed of the actual arrival time. Then, the team, Riley and Thomas, were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I will definitely use this service again.

Didn't catch the gentleman's name, but he was very friendly and broke down an item to help me with pricing. He was very nice and even made room for a extra item I had forgotten to mention. Wonderful!

I was not aware of all the services that could be provided. The two young men, Thomas and Riley, who came to my house told me about other services and did some clean up and hauling of other things I hadn't planned on. They were very personable and hard working. I will definitely call on them again!

Friendly and efficient

I've used 1-800-Got-Junk twice now and am really impressed about how they operate. Their online booking is very easy to navigate. There is a lot of communication before they show up and they are very upfront about the charges and how to pay them. Our two service people, Riley and James were extremely professional and friendly and I give them 10 stars too.

I didn't have to lift a finger, and the guys were nice enough with helping me move stuff around the house too.
