I have a used GOT JUNK several times and have always been impressed with their professionalism, efficiency and speed in which they complete the job.

Really nothing, i am just a hard grader and no one can get more than a 9 unless they go above and beyond my already high expectation.

Easy on line appointment. Called to confirm and get description of items. On time. Up front cost before starting work. Removal of items quick and easy. Credit card accepted for payment. Workers were very pleasant and professional. Would highly recommend.

The guys were so polite and took everything I said. They kept me updated on the price in case I changed my mind. We ended up taking more room in the truck that what was first thought. I thought it might be a little more that what they first thought but they were good and game me a ballpark price. The politeness and not making me feel like I was taking up their time was the best. I also liked the fact that the thing I thought might be able to be donated were treated like they were brand new. They also clled me (not the guys in the truck) to see if it was okay that they were coming earlier than I had expected and if I said no it would be okay. Wonderful service and I would use them again.
