Made it quick and easy with great communication!!

The two men who came to my house were polite, hard-working, and gave me the best deal they could. The big item I had for pick-up required disassembling...and it was large and rusty. They did a Terrific job, and took everything I wanted, in an amazingly short time. They arrived right on time (called first), Found my house (which has been a real challenge for some folks), did all their work, and were done and gone in 20 minutes. Amazing, and I cannot say enough good things about, at least, these two men.

I was impressed with EVERYTHING 1 (800) GOT-JUNK did from beginning to end. The first thing they did was promptly answer my call. The operator Joanna answered all my questions professionally and fully. She lined up two gentlemen for my same day request to move junk from our 2nd home. I was given a 2 hour window of time to meet the driver and his assistant. I was pleasantly surprised when they phoned to let me know they could arrive sooner if I desired, which was super! Both young men arrived, explained the process and pricing using an easy-to-read price guide. Once I gave my approval, they got to work. These men were so polite and professional. They packed every piece of furniture like a puzzle into the truck. It was all going to the dump, but they loaded the truck as if it were moving to a new home. Another extremely conscientious attribute, was their care in keeping everything clean. There was melting snow everywhere and they made sure they wiped their feet each time they went in or out. They were truly wonderful. In closing, I’d like to say I would most certainly use this company again should the need arise.
