Employees were very pleasant and respectful.I am disappointed that the hot water tank was not able to be removed even though I specifically told the person who called to reschedule the appointment from Friday that the water tsnk was cast iron inside.

The guys were great, friendly and true gentlemen. They did a good job and the extra care they took to not upset the baby squirrel in the shed we were cleaning out was compassionate and sweet.
