I really appreciate the phone call the day before to confirm the appointment and in my case let me know about the surcharge to remove a mattress, box spring, and refrigerator. Having the driver call 30 minutes prior to arrival time is also a plus. Both members of the team reviewed my items and smoothly coordinated their removal. They were polite, fast & efficient.

Jeffrey did an awesome job on his owe. We had some heavy items and he managed to lift it on his own. This was the 3rd time using this company and each time we were very pleased with the service provided/not disappointed. Definitely recommending this service if you are looking to get rid of your junk.
