These guys were on time, communicative, friendly and professional!! I wasn’t expecting such great customer service but they delivered! So nice to be surprised with good customer service. I’ve come not to expect good customer service from companies much any more because it’s so often so disappointing, but not today. I would highly recommend your company to anyone asking!

2nd time I've used 1800got! junk My 1st experience was horrible it was if I had to pay to get robbed! The 2 men were very unclear & took trash cans as well as trash not to mention a new 10' ladder (definitely not trash!) However, with no one else avail able & the clock ticking, I HAD to call them again. Man o man what a difference the crew made. These 2 young men Marcus & Mathew were stone cold professionals!! If something we're in doubt, they asked, they were quick, polite and even compassionate of my situation! Would I recommend 1800gotjunk? After today ABSOLUTELY!!!! Ask for these 2 fellas too, you won't be disappointed!! I now see a light at the end of the tunnel!! THANK YOU 1800GOTJUNK!!!!

Two personnel from 1-800-GOT-JUNK arrived promptly at 9:00 AM, as scheduled, and reviewed the scope of the job, gave me a fair quote for the job, and explained their policy in the event the job required over or under the one and one-half trucks estimated. Upon my approval, they immediately started clearing out the house in accordance with my instructions. Both men wore masks and were very kind and courteous to deal with. They did an excellent job of clearing the property in a very orderly and timely fashion. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for superior workmanship and honest, fast and outstanding service.

We were prepping an old house for sale and needed to get rid of lots of furniture and junk. Including a soda machine! The truck came the same day we called - within a couple hours! The two workers were polite and professional. In Just a bit more than an hour, they had taken a full truckload of “junk” out of way! They were very thorough and had us check to make sure everything was gone. Kudos for the great service!
