Quickly called me back regarding my reservation. Showed up to my home on time. Maintained no touch protocols. Price was fair.

The gentlemen that came to pick up were pleasant and willing to work with the quote I had received. Only downfall was the call center. I was told that minimum cost would be $140 and a full load would be $300. When the removers showed up I was informed that it was only 1/4 of a load that was $307. I wish the call center had given a more accurate quote for those of us that need to plan out finances.

Jhalil and Matt could not possibly have done a more perfect job for us! They worked tirelessly on a 95 degree day, clearing a huge and heavy junk pile outside and then moving to our indoor junk. I wish I had counted how many (probably a hundred each) trips they made upstairs to bring down very heavy furniture, paper, and a monster old TV. They were courteous and kept their sense of humor through it all. I am beyond impressed with their service!
