They called me before the allotted time to confirm the appointment and let me know their ETA, and when they showed up they were polite and professional, explaining the process. They removed my couch and armchairs with no trouble and were finished in record time! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else who needs their service. I’m very happy with how easy this was - and appreciated them wearing masks while indoors.
