The ease of scheduling an appointment. How responsive the techs were. It would have helped to know the minimum charge online but the cost was reasonable.

The two young men who picked up the junk (which was an extremely difficult job because of the weight of the appliance and the shape of the stairway they had to negotiate) were extremely skilled at their work and extremely courteous. I'd hire them again in a minute.
