The ease of scheduling an appointment. How responsive the techs were. It would have helped to know the minimum charge online but the cost was reasonable.

As always they were polite quickly moved through getting loaded and fairly determined the amount of space.

The entire process from scheduling to pick-up was seamless. Chris Lash and Andrew from the Fredericksburg branch were professional, courteous and respectful. The two young men who picked up the junk (which was an extremely difficult job because of the weight of the appliance and the shape of the stairway they had to negotiate) were extremely skilled at their work and extremely courteous. I'd hire them again in a minute.
