Very nice workers

Service was readily available (no wait time) and the guys who did the work were super friendly.

From start to finish, this process was simple and satisfying. The website was very helpful by providing an approximate cost range before signing up for anything and the online scheduling could not have been any easier. I was even able to book my appointment only 1-2 days before I needed it. The guys called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way and showed up within less than 15 minutes of the start of the service window I had requested. (Not all companies can say that!) Both guys were friendly and followed my instructions perfectly as far as what needed to go and what needed to stay. (Admittedly, it wasn't entirely straightforward.) After looking over what needed to go, they gave me a more specific estimate - and ended up coming in just below that - and then immediately got to work. They do not mess around! Even though it had taken me a week to sort, purge, and gather all of the items for removal, they had nearly a full truck load's worth of stuff removed within less than an hour. Miracle workers! I almost wish I had more junk so I could call them again! (Not really. This purge was decades in the making.) It's such a relief to be freed from a literal truck load of stuff I didn't need, some of which had moved with me multiple times. Knowing that they will go through it all and retrieve anything that can still be used made it easier to let some things go. And now I'll never have to move any of it again thanks to 1-800-Got-Junk. HIGHLY recommend!

They were amazing! The guys this morning were so helpful and we just told them what to remove which was a whole apartment full of stuff and they packed maximally to get all in one truck. I don't know how they did it but they were so helpful and awesome!

We needed same-day pickup and they were able to do that. They called to tell us within an hour when they would be arriving, then called again when they got here. The two men who picked up our stuff were SUPER nice and fast workers!
