Except for the slight delay in their arrival, it was quick, efficient, and the workers were "great guys"; very helpful, pleasant, and were able to inform me as to the process and procedures.......really nice guys too (or did I say that already).

customer service -- polite, friendly, informative service from Ray and Nick even though of all days picked one that was close to 100 degrees - took it all in stride - would use 1-800-got-junk again because of these two
