Nathan & his team took great care to protect all the surfaces in our home that they needed to pass through in removing our old piano. They explained clearly the steps involved and worked efficiently. They were all very courteous & personable.

The workers were on time, professional, and hard working. Nathan and Marcus arrived first and determined that I would need more truck space than they had, so they called in back up (Connor and Jack). Nathan and Marcus wasted no time getting to work. When the second crew arrived, all four men tackled the job at hand with the utmost care (not knicking my walls and picking up any leftover remains of items taken). I would highly recommend the Rochester team and have no doubt that I would hire them again in the future if needed.
