They were extremely polite, quick, and respectful. I was wrapping up a work meeting and they paitently waited a couple extra minutes for me to finish. They were dressed professionally, introduced themselves appropriately, and explained the process. They made sure their quote was approved before proceeding, which was well appreciated. Entire process took less than 10 minutes to remove old air conditioner. Will definitely use this service again!
