First, they efficiently removed a monster of a sectional in fifteen minutes when it took an hour to get into an apartment. Second, I really like the fact they attempt to donate the trashed material if they can. It made me feel a little less guilty removing it from my apartment. Third, they were super kind and attentive to what we needed even though they didn’t take driving directions well.
