They call in advance to give you a good idea of when they will arrive. They give you a price quote before they begin their removal work. The 2 individuals(Ryan & Jamie) that serviced my house were friendly and worked hard and quickly, even though the heat index that day was over 100 degrees. They left the area clean and even locked the basement door for me.!
