Two very nice (and STRONG) young men (Kevin and Chris) arrived at the time specified and expertly removed a very heavy bed base. I highly recommend them.

Super friendly people, great service, they were early (first appointment probably). Asked if it was ok to arrive early, or if they should wait - unfortunately, I was asleep when they called. Quick service, flat rate price for mattress removal. Would use this service again in the future due to convenience and pricing. My only complaint is that they did not agree to take away my nasty neighbors.

I highly recommend 1800 Got Junk?. Friendly. Scheduler friendly and accommodating with pickup options. Explain how the operation works from pricing to no contact pickup. Kept me informed on day of pickup, but I’ve found they are always on time. Guys on the truck are friendly, efficient, professional and respect my home by wearing booties over their shoes. This was my second time using 1800 Got Junk?. Price very reasonable, and it feels good to get rid of junk without the hassle.

They removed large items that I couldn't easily have moved myself They donate or recycle good items vs "Junking" it (total misnomer, & took awhile to convince my spouse if this - she was skeptical) Ryan & Nathan were terrific employees. They stayed in touch & communicated their prompt & even early arrival, they were very capable, careful & more than curteous throughout their time here, & did a terrific, timely job. Good value for the cost & overall experience.
