Timely and professional- Luke was great!

The respresentative I talked to on the phone was super friendly and nice, and I didn't feel pressured into committing to using this company. Gavin and Sears were professional and friendly and strong. (I'm on the third floor and they carried down an oven and dishwasher!) I was expecting to have to wait with all my extra appliances for a few days, but nope! They showed up a couple of hours after I called. Also a not small part of me wanted to go with 1-800-got-junk because of Hoarders, and I'm happy I did. Definitely will be returning to y'all and telling my friends how easy and quick and helpful this was.

Your team today were absolutely AMAZING!! They called me before arriving to get some information about the job and assured me they had worked with many people in the past who had lots of items to haul away. They came out to meet my client and were incredibly positive, kind and compassionate towards this woman who was having a hard time letting go of her items and the memories. Your guys filled two truckloads without complaining, kept reassuring the home owner that everything would be OK and even worked with her on pricing since she was a single mother in need of a hand. I was astounded by their professionalism and willingness to clean up, sweep and take away all that they did. I am incredibly thankful that I found your company and will recommend you and THIS TEAM highly to all of my colleagues at the county!! Thanks for everything!!
