The Customer Service was outstanding! Tyrone & Beau were incredible from the first phone call. We decided to have them take more than we originally thought and the pricing was clearly explained, and definitely reasonable. They were done in 15 minutes, offered to vacuum or help us move anything we needed. They were kind to our animals and extremely efficient, sociable, professional and neat. And we didn’t know that items are donated if they still work, which was an extra bonus. We are thrilled that we called them and will never use anyone else.
