The customer service is surprising. I was really pleased that my appointment got moved earlier than I first requested.I appreciated the calls before the two gentlemen arrived.The part that was the most surprising was how great their attitudes were. They were both very kind and helpful.The billing was explained well, the job was completed quickly, and they asked if I needed assistance moving other items.Honestly, I couldn't be happier - and will use this service again if I end up upgrading future furniture.
