They kept me informed when they will arrive. They arrived in the window they stated. They were very careful taking out the pieces of furniture not to damage any walls. There was one piece, the executive desk in the basement, that was a bear to take out. It had to be taken apart in order to get it up the stairs. They stayed until the job was completed. We were very satisfied with the work they did and would recommend this company. We hope these donated pieces of furniture will find a new home.

It was extremely easy to book with 1-800-GOT-JUNK and they were very easy to work with! They called me day off to let me know an ETA and then gave me a 20-30 minute heads up which was greatly appreciated! They employees were all very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend!
