The young men who came to help us were very pleasant and efficient. They let us know at each point in time what needed to be done and approximately how long it would take. It's great when you're kept in the loop on these things! Kind personalities and very considerate of items we overlooked in our search as well. They pulled aside items of importance that we were unable to get to prior to their arrival. Kindness goes a long way and means a lot these days!
