Outstanding customer service!!!

Ronnie and Jose were prompt to arrive, their politeness and professionalism was well above my expectation and their work ethic was unmatched. With this kind of service "got junk" has my business and it was so good, I already told some of my friends about how good these guys were. I personally know its hard to find good help these days. Ronnie and Jose would be keepers if I hired them to work for me!

Entire process was quick and easy. Scheduled online for 4:30-6:00 they showed up at 5:00 after at 4:30 stating they would be here in 30 minutes and were out the door by 5:10 with my sofa.

They make it so easy to get rid of stuff you no longer need, painlessly. There are so many things that you can't put in your garbage can that you need to get rid of and 1-800-GOT-JUNK takes care of that.

Very professional! Connor and Robert were exceptional in customer care and attentive to the detail of seeing that the items being removed didn’t dirty or affect the surroundings. I needed sane day service and within a few hours of my call the items were removed. Yay for same day! And yay for Connor and Robert!
